Nov 24 Yay, Tuesday is Gibbs Day

My favourite TV show is NCIS. Ok, really it's Gibbs, I watch, lol.  Not a great picture but it's Gibbs.

Nov 23nd Niagara Falls

I was offered a free night, meals and Christmas show at the Niagara casino.  Later today my friend and I made our way to the falls. No pictures were allowed at the show but I loved it.
This is the view from our room when we arrived.  I loved the room and the view.

This a picture of the view around 10:30 pm when we came back to the room to change and go to the casino.

Nov 21st Energized

I woke up this morning feel very energetic and loving it.  Of course my picture had to be the king of energy.

Nov 22nd      Our Favourite Pop
David's favourite drink is Coke and now mine is Diet Coke. It's not my favourite really  but if I want to lose weight it's my new best friend.

Nov 20th Ironing

I had a ton of ironing today. I don't know why but it seems I always have a lot of ironing lately. I don't mind it too much; I just put on my ipod and get er done.

Nov 19th Pretty Corners

I'm still on a creative dry spell and it's starting to really bother me. Sorting papers didn't help so today I spent some time looking over some of my scrapbooking supplies.  I love this corner punch and hoped it would maybe spark the creative gene. It didn't but I still love this punch.

Nov 18th More Work

If I had known sorting a pile of papers was going to lead to 3 days of work  I never would have started it. Today I had to pull all these magazines off the shelf so my newly organized papers can go on it (the only shelf high enough).  Well that means I have to look through them all and send the ones I don't want to the Goodwill. That's all fine and dandy but I haven't opened these in years so another day was gone while I perused magazines. It was revealing to me that my taste in scrapbooking had changed so much.

Nove 17th More Paper Woes!

After sorting through my Basic Grey paper yesterday I decided to sort all my papers. Well let me tell you, that was some job. It took me most of the day. David finally dragged me away to enjoy at least a bit of this beautiful day outside. Here they are all sorted (whew). It doesn't include Special papers, Disney, Halloween, or Glitter. Bev gave me the large holders and I love them. I'm going to have to get about 10 more. Tomorrow I will have to figure out where to put them as the holders don't fit on the shelves they were on.(Grrr, I hate it when the picture goes in wrong).

Nove 16th Basic Grey Hoarder

I love Basic Grey papers or I used to.  I would buy them up and then put them away because they were so pretty.  Well today I decided to sort them out and start using them. I had no idea I had that many and I don't even like some of them anymore.  From now on I'm using these babies up.

Nove 15th Jackie again, LOL

Playing ball with Jackie. I don't think she cares that the ball is almost as large as she is. It's hilarious to watch her roll right over it when she catches up to it.

Nov 14th First Christmas Mini Album

I made this for a nephew and I did it all in one day.  So not like me. Anyhoo, this was a Teressa Colins kit that I changed up. It turned out so cute and mommy loves it.

Nov. 13 Train Graffiti

Another beautiful day in paradise. I was checking out the trains at the Brantford Train yard when I saw this. I thought it was funny.  Gotta love railroad yards.

It says:
Life is a waste of Time...
Time is a waste of Life...
So stay wasted all the Time...
And have the time of your Life!

Nov. 12th Rusty old sign

We are having beautiful weather and it makes me lazy. I love taking photos but sometimes have to really push my self to blog them.  I was wandering around enjoying the weather when I found this on a very old snowmobile parked out back.

November 11th Lest We Forget!

Today is the day to remember all our veterans. I am so thankful to all the brave men and women who faught, and continue to fight, for our freedom. We must all remember that our freedoms came at a very high price. I try to remember this all year but especially today, I give thanks for all the veterans past and present. They are in my prayers.

Nov 10th Eagles

David called to tell me there was an eagle in the tree at the top of the hill. I took a few pictures of him in the tree and then he took off. Imagine my surprise when he landed and their was another one sitting there.

We don't have that many eagles around here so this was a thrilling sight for me.
Clicking on the pictures brings them up larger for a bette view.

Nov 9th Combining

I was riding with David in the combine today when I took this shot. Not the most exciting shot, LOL.

Nov 8th Enjoying Fall

It was a beautiful day today. The temperature went up to 70F and we just had to get out and enjoy this bonus fall weather.  We went to Watt's Pond for awhile. I love the look of the swamp and pond.

Nov 6th Royal Agricultural Winter Fair

Today I went to the Royal Winter Fair. Prince Charles and Camille were at the opening ceremonies and then they walked through the fair.  Before they came on a group called the Canadian Cowgirls performed on their horses. They were great.  Of course the picture had to be a Royal one since that doesn't happen everyday.

Nov 5th Veggie Pizza

When I was at BevB's we ( Bev actually) made veggie pizza to take to the swarm. It was so delicious. Today was my day to cook for the hunters and so for a change I included this pizza. Wasn't sure the guys would like it but they gobbled it right up (whew!).

Nov. 4th Here Fishy, Fishy

My friend has this huge salt water aquarium. There is so much to see in it. I captured just a few of the delights in the tank.

Nov. 3rd Full Moon

I took Jackie outside tonight and saw the beautiful, bright full moon. The picture is horrible but I had to use it (the only POD I took today). Sorry.

Nov. 2nd Deer Hunting

First day of deer hunting. The guys ended up getting 7 deer today. Us women take turns making them a nice hot lunch. My day is Thursday.

Nov. 1st It's the One Arm Bandit

I am still not feeling well and have no creativity left in me. I tried to make a card today but couldn't come up with one idea. Maybe I need to take a break and not even think about anything creative for awhile. David bought this for me to cheer me up. It takes real money up to 25 cents and when you win the bells ring and the money (I put in) drops down. It's fun.
